After a summer full of anticipation-building showcases and speculation on new hardware, September sees the releases of games we've seen in multiple VR showcases this year like Sol Protocol, The Lightkeepers, and Knights of Fiona. On the hardware side, Meta hosts its annual Meta Connect summit and we're expecting Valve's Steam Frame any day now. The new headset already has over fifty VR games certified at the time of this article.

We will update this article all month long with any new dates or delays. Some games have 'September 2026' as the release window without a specific date, so we are keeping an eye on those.
