Oculus Connect 3 Developer Conference Coming To San Jose In October (Update)

Update: Tickets for Oculus Connect 3 are now on sale. Early bird passes are being sold for $199 but prices will raise to $299 per pass soon. There is also student pricing at $99. Registration is open here.

Facebook’s Oculus is hosting its third developer conference from October 5 to 7 with more than 50 technical talks and keynotes from CEO Brendan Iribe, CTO John Carmack and Michael Abrash, the VR company’s chief scientist.

Oculus Connect 3 will be in San Jose after the first two years of the VR developer conference were held in Hollywood. The event is a chance for Oculus to give developers a deep look at both the current and future state of VR technology.

Oculus will be opening up applications for the conference at 9 a.m. on Aug. 2. Check out the official Oculus Connect website later for more updates.

In case you need a refresher, the below video shows what the keynotes from last year’s conference looked like.
