Revealing this latest presentation will run for "a bit over an hour," Sony is promising to show games in development "from top studios" globally. Advising this includes new creations from first-party teams and third-party publishers, this could offer a fresh look at PSVR 2 games like Firewall Ultra or Resident Evil 4 Remake's VR Mode.

Here's the full statement from PlayStation Blog.

It’s almost time to see what’s next — PlayStation Showcase broadcasts live next Wednesday, May 24 at 1pm Pacific Time / 9pm British Time. The show will run a bit over an hour, focusing on PS5 and PS VR2 games in development from top studios from around the world. Expect a glimpse at several new creations from PlayStation Studios, as well as spellbinding games from our third-party partners and indie creators.

It follows on from February's State of Play presentation, which showcased six PSVR 2 games. Before Your Eyes and Humanity have since released, a Green Hell VR port was confirmed, and Sony also announced The Foglands, Synapse and Journey to Foundation, an adaptation of Isaac Asimov's classic sci-fi series Foundation.

PlayStation Showcase airs on Wednesday 24 May at 1pm PT.
